Story Description :

A truly fulfilling dream lies not in the heights of fame or great wealth, but in finding peace of soul after life’s storms. Chapter 1

At 26

They got married.

Their bedroom and living room were filled with wedding photographs of the two of them. Her husband would wrap his arms tightly around her and call out, “My wife…” She would snuggle against him like a spoiled little kitten, perfectly content in his embrace.

Before leaving the house, he would always press a gentle kiss to her forehead. They could call each other countless times throughout the day, and somehow, neither of them ever grew tired of it.

At 30

She gave her husband a beautiful baby girl.

The little girl looked far more like her father than her mother.

“She looks exactly like you. She’s going to be so plain!” she would tease. “If only she took after me, she’d grow up to be a real beauty.”

But despite all her teasing, whenever she held her daughter in her arms, she never wanted anyone else to take the baby away.

Whenever she met someone, she would proudly announce, “My daughter is incredibly clever—and such a good girl!”

In the middle of the night, she would wake to change the baby's diaper and feed her little princess. She often went the entire night without sleep. Whenever the baby stirred, she would gently pat and soothe her back, never once willing to disturb her husband's sleep.

At 33

Their daughter started kindergarten.

After a long day at work, her husband would come home smelling of sweat. Yet the very first thing he did was wrap his arms around his wife and plant a quick kiss on her cheek.

“You smell awful,” she would complain.

With a proud grin, he would answer, “I bet you couldn't find another man who smells exactly like me. They'd all smell worse!”

On weekends, the three of them would go to the park.

He would hold his queen's hand with one hand and his little princess's with the other.

And somehow, at those moments, he felt like the luckiest and most important man in the world.

At 36

On Valentine's Day, he bought his wife a huge bouquet of roses to celebrate their tenth wedding anniversary.

She jumped up and down like a girl in her twenties, her face glowing with happiness.

That year, their daughter started first grade. The two of them worked even harder than before, striving together to build a better future for their little girl.

At 40

Their daughter was now in middle school, and she was doing exceptionally well.

The family often traveled together, taking their daughter to different places so she could learn about the world beyond the classroom.

Their home grew warmer with every passing year.

And whenever her husband held her hand with one hand and their daughter's with the other, she would suddenly notice something she had somehow overlooked all those years:

Her husband seemed more charming than ever.

More mature.

More masculine.

And, to her, utterly irresistible.

At 50

Their little princess had grown up and gotten married.

Her mother-in-law adored her daughter.

With both children busy building careers and their own lives, they no longer had as much time to stay by their parents' side.

But her husband was still her whole world.

The two of them looked after each other, cared for one another, and worried constantly about the other's health.

They had spent half a lifetime together, and they had become inseparable.
